• In OpenX, only Admin can create the account of an Advertiser and Publisher, but now it’s possible that Advertiser and Publisher can create their own account.
  
  
• This mod allows the advertiser and publishers to self register..
  

• This mod also integrates the Self Sign-up and paypal in openX. If admin sets an amount for registration then advertiser/publisher has to pay that amount via paypal. if administrator doesn't set any price then Advertiser/Publisher can login simply by not paying anything.
