• This mod will distribute statistics for campaign that has activation date, expiry date and booked impressions.
  
  So, mod will calculate average hourly impressions for campaigns.

•  Mod will check at the time of banners delivery and if banner has delivered more than average impressions for current hour,
  

• it will stop to display banner any more.
  
  Like this, banner will display in averagely for whole day.
