IAB Video Rising Stars Filmstrip ad units are multi panel ads viewing experience and user interacting ad formats. This ad unit gives the users to interact with ads without interrupt the video ad component. This Digital Video Ad Unit is working with platforms like desktop, mobile and tablet.

Initially the base video ad component is delivered and there is a floating “launch” button on the top of the video ad component. When the user clicks on this, it will take the user to interactive section. The user’s can navigate through left and right navigation button to use the interactive ad components.

If the doesn’t click on the interactive ad component, the base video ads only delivered. This is the in-stream; linear video ad with the video file length should be in 15-30 seconds. While the interactive ads are viewed by user, at the time the base video ad component is in “Pause” status. Once the user closed the interactive ads, the video ad resume playing the ads. 

Specification

·         Dimension of base ad component should be 1/5 height or less. For example 300X70 pixels in a 640x360 pixel player.

·         Dimension of left and right side arrow should be in 140x70 pixels.

·         Dimension of the close button should be in 40x40 pixels.

·         Recommended length of the video files should be in 15-30 seconds.
