customized Self signup for Advertiser/Publisher with paypal

This mod integrates the Self Sign-up and paypal in openx for both ‘Advertisers’ and ‘Publishers’.
In original openx only admin can create the ‘Advertiser’ or ‘Publisher’ new account but using this mod Advertisers/Publishers can signup by themselves.
For this Advertisers/Publishers need to click on signup link in the openads home page, at the time of signup the user has to pay certain amount to become an Advertiser/Publishers and this amount can be set by admin from admin side.
Also, we have this mod without Paypal, see Advertiser and publisher registration module. Here the Advertiser and Publisher can login without paying.
Thus, this mod is very helpful to both the advertiser as well as the publisher.
This mod saves the time of the administrator also.
