The mode Overlay Ad helps you to accomplish this . This will enable you to make an Ad , which will display on the whole screen of the user  while loading the site, and as so user will be noticing your advertisement .

The overlay  Ad will be dissappearing after a short span of time , You can set this time .

1. Create an HTML Banner with the code in the file banner.txt ,
   In the file you can add the background image URL and Ad Container Image URL . By Default our image will be displaying .
2. Create new zone of type  Interstitial or Floating DHTML  . don’t specify the width and height of the zone. Link to the banner which you created and take invocation code. You can specify the collapse time in seconds into “Automatically collapse after” box after that click generate.   
3. Place the invocation code where you want to display the overlay Ad.
4. You can set “Close text” also. That means you can specify the closing sign for the banner.
5. By clicking on that you can close the banner.
