“Schedule ads based on time of Day” mod will schedule ads to start on a specific time on the day and end at a  specific time. I.e. A campaign to start on the 25th December 2009 at 6AM  and end on  the 25th  December 2009 at 6PM.

• The Time to start to deliver the ads and Expire will be received from the user along with the day selected.
• Activation and Deactivation of the campaigns will be on hourly basis.
• The Ads related to the offers can be delivered based on time rather than from the beginning of the day.
