In Openx, only Admin can create the account of an Advertiser and publisher.
But now its possible that Advertiser and publisher can create their own account.
This mod integrates the Self Sign-up and Authorize.net in openx for both ‘Advertisers’ and ‘Publishers’.
This mod allows the Advertiser and publisher that they can self register and they can upload their own banners, and they can manage their accounts using this mod.
By installing the mod you can able to perform the below things.

1. Create, edit, and delete your campaigns

2. Create, edit, and delete your banners

3. Activate and deactivate your banners
4. Banners linked zones and delivery options

At the time of signup the user has to pay certain amount to become an Advertiser and publisher and this amount can be set by admin from admin side.
Also, we have this mod without Anthorize.net, see Advertiser and publisher registration module.
Here the Advertiser and Publisher can login without paying.
